Abiding Word Lutheran Church

It is difficult to comprehend how quickly time is passing. It is therefore important for us to remember to use that time wisely, especially as we look forward to the imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As the days pass quickly by we can look only to God, through His Word He will prepare us for His day that will come like a "thief in the night."

It is our only desire that God will be glorified each and every day that we continue to proclaim His inspired, inerrant and infallible Word from His pulpit. We trust that Word of God is our source of truth and life.

"In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shine in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." (John 1:1-5)
